Just home from a great road trip, caught the grand rapids and traverse city shows.
Was upfront/center, caught a harp during Beacons so now I like that song a little better :)
was really hoping for either of the two dead songs i thought i read they learned recently....almost thought i heard them building a jam into franklin's tower, but then it turned into but anyway.
paella fest was a cool idea, but a few things they need to change:
1- BEER (no beer at this show)
2- don't make me keep my same plate all night for servings of paella....paper plates are cheap, get a bunch plated up and the 20 minute line moves much faster

missed most of Rootstand (opening band), but what i heard was great....go see these guys, you'll like it (www.rootstand.com)

great set, but can the cheap trick cover please go away now....and maybe ease up on devil....think i've heard devil at the last 10 shows in a row. bring back low rider or something.d
