I just want to say thank you guys for coming to Marion, Ohio and performing. We usually don't get big names like yourself in our town for free concerts. I have been a big fan for years , so you couldn't even believe how pumped I was to actually see the band on stage. I did get some photos and video footage. I thought it was really cute how John Popper plugged Marion, Ohio into the devil went down to Georgia...lol. Run around is my favorite song. It is just so fun to sing and dance to. Just makes me feel awesome every time I get to hear it. :) I felt it was super sweet that John handed out some harmonicas to the kids by the stage, but cracked me up when he put the bra on his hat and wore it for the rest of the concert...lol. Don't be strangers guys, come back to Marion, Ohio any time you please. Once again, thank you for stopping by :)

MemberSo you're from Marion... One question. This was The Popcorn Festival, yet I was unable to locate any popcorn! What's the deal?!?? Someone told me there is a popcorn factory in Marion, and I did see one person carrying popcorn, but that was it!
Show was typical for a free festival show, lots of the "hits", Run, But, Hook, Mountains, I was more excited to hear Mullin, Proph, and Reach Me. Ben's version of the Michigan Fight Song, however, was not received well here in Buckeye country, lol... Had a great time, show #84 for me, may be the last time I see them this year unless we get some more dates scheduled.

MemberThanks guys for a great concert. I am one of the Trustees for the festival and I thoroughly enjoyed myself especially watching the group from stage right. I look forward to getting my picture from the photographer of John and I after the concert. Thanks again for a wonderful concert and BTW....love the Hammond B3!!!

oh, and by the way, no there's not alot of popcorn at the popcorn festival so i made my friend ronnie a popcorn crown, and we dubbed him mr. marion, just for giggles. his crown had a popcorn bag on top, which we refilled and ate from throughout the show. we were also the ones throwing popcorn during the show; we brought the popcorn to the popcorn festival!
